Saratoga County Sheriff's Office Records

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office runs the Records and Civil Division from 6012 County Farm Road in Ballston Spa. The records window is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. FOIL Requests for Police Blotter Records

New York's Freedom of Information Law under Public Officers Law Section 87 covers all Saratoga County law enforcement records. The law sets clear rules for what agencies must share and what they can withhold. Agencies cannot charge for search time or electronic records delivered by email.
